From agreement to payout

Music contracts, rights and royalties, all in one place.

Four workflows, and one signed agreement under all of them. The terms you review, negotiate and sign are the terms your rights, your royalty checks and your calendar work from afterwards, instead of a copy somebody retyped into a spreadsheet.

Amendment No. 1 signed by both parties in blue-black ink, with its Document DNA seal, SHA-256 fingerprint and verification QR code.

01 Contracts

Every clause read, every change signed and sealed.

Upload a deal and each finding quotes the clause it comes from, says what it does in practice and proposes the change to ask for. Draft the next agreement from a guided intake, send the redlines and collect the signatures. The executed version is sealed with a fingerprint anyone can check later.

  • Findings quoted from your own document
  • Guided drafting for music agreement types
  • Redlines, e-signature and public verification

02 Rights

The rights a deal creates, ready before the release is.

Contributors, ownership and royalty splits, identifiers and clearances sit beside the agreements that establish them. Each release shows what is still missing before it goes out, and exports as a dossier and a workbook for whoever has to check it.

  • Master and composition splits with their contributors
  • ISRC, ISWC and UPC, sample and artwork clearances
  • Release readiness, a rights dossier and a workbook

Every signed agreement, filed together on one pile.

03 Royalties

Every statement checked against the terms you signed.

The audit takes the rate, the base, the deductions and the recoupment from the governing agreement and recomputes the statement line by line. A difference comes with the clause behind it and the arithmetic. A finding is a question to put to the label, not a verdict.

  • Rates, deductions and recoupment read from the deal
  • Statement lines recomputed and compared
  • Findings, files and a drafted letter kept together

04 Roster

A whole roster's deadlines, on one calendar, beside the tours.

Release days and term ends from the Rights Vault, tour deadlines and the reminders you set land on one calendar the team shares, with a role for everyone. Tours, shows and settlements sit beside the artists they belong to, and each artist's own paperwork lives in their relationship.

  • One calendar for releases, terms, tours and reminders
  • A role for everyone on the team
  • Tours, shows, settlements and tour books

05 Relationships

Every party you deal with, and the people you actually write to.

Each label, publisher, promoter and collaborator gets one record. It holds the company as a contract names it, the people who work there and how to reach them, everything you have filed with them, and your own notes on what is going on.

People lists every contact from every party at once, so you can find someone without first remembering which company they sit under: search a name, a role, a company, an email address or a phone number typed any way you like.
