Withdraw from contract here
If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK, you have 14 days to withdraw from your contract without giving a reason. Send notice below and we will confirm receipt in writing.
Send your notice
You do not need to explain yourself, and you do not need to be signed in. We confirm every notice by email with the time we received it, so you have a record.
What happens next
We reimburse you within 14 days of receiving the notice, using the payment method you paid with. Where you asked us to start straight away and part of the service was already supplied, we may deduct a proportionate amount for that part, and we will tell you the figure before we pay it.
Credits you have not spent are refunded in full. Credits already spent on a completed piece of work are the part covered by the confirmation you gave at checkout. The Refund and Withdrawal Policy sets this out in full.

This form is one way, not the only way. Any clear statement works: email hello@waldhorn.ai or write to WALDHORN AI INC. If you are outside the EU and UK, or outside the 14 days, you can still request a refund under our 30 day policy.
